Let's be honest here: the trial hasn't happened yet. There isn't a finding by the court, so any allegations haven't been proven true. We still value the rule of law, right? Once the allegations have been proven true, the redactions have to come down. Anyone can make allegations of criminal activity, but releasing that outside the court can damage reputations if untrue. I'm not defending anyone here, but let's make sure we don't throw the baby out with the bathwater going after actual criminals.
