I am a big advocate of the constitution, freedom of speech, and ideas, but I wonder with something so threatening to that very same constitution that protects us; should it be legal to spread communism in a free society? (Apologies if this is a stupid question. No such thing as a stupid question. ππ»)

Beat me to it. They had the right idea. Courts and ACLU-types ruined everything.
That looks like it is subject to labor organizations and β serving in certain representative capacities, and for other purposes.β I was talking full fledged illegal where there is no chance of spreading the ideals but at the same time that sounds kind of communist in itself lol.
No. It should not be illegal. But kids should be taught the history of the evil of Communism.
No, only because once you outlaw that one wicked ideology, it empowers the state to outlaw any ideology.
Thatβs what I was kind of thinking
Feminism first.
Isn't there already a law against it?
Is there? Or are you asking
There is.The communist control act of 1954. Signed by Dwight Eisenhower.
Yes, there is such a thing as a stupid question. Yours isn't a stupid question, however, it is malformed, and it's two questions, not one.
>Should Communism be illegal?
>should it be legal to spread communism in a free society?
No.
Yes.
Cheers to the "world is black and white" mob ITT too.
No shit it should. Trump should've outlawed the ideology when he was in office. Because it defeats the purpose of America.
