I am a big advocate of the constitution, freedom of speech, and ideas, but I wonder with something so threatening to that very same constitution that protects us; should it be legal to spread communism in a free society? (Apologies if this is a stupid question. No such thing as a stupid question. 👍🏻)

Beat me to it. They had the right idea. Courts and ACLU-types ruined everything.
That looks like it is subject to labor organizations and “ serving in certain representative capacities, and for other purposes.” I was talking full fledged illegal where there is no chance of spreading the ideals but at the same time that sounds kind of communist in itself lol.
