Not true. Ohio was won by 8%. It's also a union state and not a right to work state so lots of unions here. We wouldn't have won Ohio if the rank and file voted for Biden. Now their hierarchy donated and voted for Beijing Biden, but I dare say that most of the rank and file voted for Trump
