And this augers for changing out politicians like soiled diapers and for the same reason.
No longer--NO longer--may citizens go about their business assuming government is doing what it promised. You can see where THAT has gotten us. Now we have to watch them all the time in everything they do and say, demand explanations from them, and get rid of their hind ends if they fail to perform properly.
From now on watching politicians must be a part of our duties. Period.
Shitty meme and I'll explain why. The states are allowed by law to do whatever is needed to contain a pandemic, same goes for the feds. They're not technically breaking the law because all have police powers, thanks to state-level emergency laws, which are supported by the 10th amendment, and the federal national emergencies act of 1976. So yes, it is legal and perfectly constitutional for them to restrict civil liberties and confiscate property, and even act with impunity to protect the public. So the problem isn't that they're breaking the law; the problem is that the laws suck.
I'm not denying that the pandemic is a large-scale elaborate hoax, which it obviously is, the main problem is the police powers state and fed governments have with reference to declaring public health emergencies. They clearly don't have to meet a high standard of evidence, which makes them overall shitty laws.
Another problem is that state and fed governments even have police powers. They're empowered to violate civil liberties whenever they feel there's an emergency, public health or otherwise. Which goes back to my point about shitty laws.
Lawmakers are lawbreakers

Then problem is they are “protecting the public” based on oligarchy opinions in bad faith based on bad science.
