I am really really shocked that this passed the senate. Pauline, a few years back, introduced a bill/statement/whatever tf in to the senate stating "It's OK to be White", and they all voted against that. (As I type this, she states it around the 1:45 mark).
In Australia Victorias parliament just approved a Change or Suppression (Conversion) Practices Prohibition Bill 2020 which bans "coversion therapy" or suppresion of gender identity and prohibits churches to provide counsel to gender confused people including children. Meaning if your son comes home from school and says he's a girl you can't suppress that or you could face a fine of 200K AUD.
Confusing the child about ones gender is still good, only you can't "unconfuse" your child as it would be suppression and conversion of sexuality and gender. So mentally ill trans freak propaganda good - setting your kid straight (Super Straight) bad.
Free speech is a thing. The problem with banning speech is when the shoe is on the other foot but I understand your frustration. Our side keeps playing by the “rules” and losing so....

i am confused. Do you mean that they are promoting this madness or fighting against it. Isn’t conversion therapy what transgender people do.

That is so ridiculous because they are using conversion therapy themselves. If the child was left alone they would not develop these stupid ideas.
