Watching local politicians in different parts of the world handle this was very telling. I don't think politicians, Trump included, are used to using their platform to put someone ahead of themselves. That presentation where Trump started trying to contribute regarding the injecting disinfectant but clearly not really having anything of value to contribute is something TONS of politicians worldwide did. It's like all these politicians read some book on how to win friends and influence people or the 48 laws of power and in the book it said you need to be the center of attention or you could lose support so these politicians tried to pretend they were adding value.
I agree with you completely. Trump fucked up by giving Fauci the floor. Does Trump truly understand economics, foreign policy or well anything? Likely not but he'll still talk about it like he knows. He should have stayed in charge of the pandemic and not given the medical professionals the floor.
Unfortunately, Trump's whole presidency was him being surrounded by terrible advisors and Trump was unable to truly figure out who was his friend and who is enemies were. People here like to post about how Trump said when he was bankrupt or whatever (at a low point), that's where he truly figured out who his friends were as if that's a profound thing. In actuality, it shows that Trump isn't very good at reading if he can trust people and we can clearly see Trump is in fact no good at this.
Trump did have good policies. His bad policies were ones that the Globalists and Snakes snuck in like Jared's criminal justice bill.
What made Trump so good wasn't so much him but the support he was able to garner. He brought together people who felt they had no voice at a time when they most needed a voice.
I agree with you that I hope Trump is out but I also don't see any good leaders to replace him. Quite honestly, I have no been impressed with conservatives at all. Most conservatives aren't prepared to take the necessary steps to fix society. We need men like Franco, Hitler, Stalin or Pinochet.
