Jesus had a drink of wine that was not even close to alcoholic enough to get drunk. I never said you can’t have a drink. But I don’t think getting inebriated or high is okay in Christianity at all. That’s a sin. Non-religious people can do what they want, but it’s not my thing.
I think I meant to say I hate stoner culture. I don’t hate people. And I don’t care, but wouldn’t be in a friend group or date someone who was a stoner. Anesthesia is a necessary risk in order to get surgery because being awake could cause you to move and mess up the surgery, which could kill you. Nicotine is also a harmful substance that should be avoided. I personally don’t drink but if someone has one drink that doesn’t affect their mental state, that’s fine. Caffeine is similarly fine with moderation. You don’t get high from caffeine

So which is it?
Do you hate them or do you not care?
Do you only care if their Christian?
Do you believe that you should refuse anastasia to undergo surgery if you're a Christian?
What about things like nicotine and caffeine? Their certainly mind altering, and could even be considered inebriating.
Are those a sin?
Is drinking okay but smoking pot isn't?
