It’s generally with facts. Like last week when I was discussing vaccines and possible travel restrictions with my kids. I told them that any restrictions within the US without one is Communism. They just looked at me.
I waver. There are situations in which I am blunt. There are situations in which I am totally a wuss. I know my own weaknesses, so when I am put on the spot involving something that affects me directly, I panic. This is why I will likely never run for any office myself.
I mean yeah, maybe I shouldn't care what others think, but my greatest life's embarrassment is that I may have inadvertently driven two friends away from Christ in my younger and stupider years.
God may forgive, but I doubt I'll ever forgive myself for that.
There are a LOT of people I lost respect for in the past year due to realizing they are just people pleasers who refuse to think for themselves or stand up for anything. I hate people pleasers
So many people have low emotional intelligence and little to no control over their emotions. That's why the democrats play to emotion only. Emotions are very powerful. They are the first sensation and response we get to problems and because of that it can be blinding, blocking out all reason if one doesn't know how to recognize and control it. And so they, the democrats, push emotional narratives, controlling the sheep's minds which is extremely effective.
On a hot afternoon visiting in Coleman, Texas, the family is comfortably playing dominoes on a porch, until the father-in-law suggests that they take a [50-mile] trip to Abilene for dinner. The wife says, "Sounds like a great idea." The husband, despite having reservations because the drive is long and hot, thinks that his preferences must be out-of-step with the group and says, "Sounds good to me. I just hope your mother wants to go." The mother-in-law then says, "Of course I want to go. I haven't been to Abilene in a long time."
The drive is hot, dusty, and long. When they arrive at the cafeteria, the food is as bad as the drive. They arrive back home four hours later, exhausted.
One of them dishonestly says, "It was a great trip, wasn't it?" The mother-in-law says that, actually, she would rather have stayed home, but went along since the other three were so enthusiastic. The husband says, "I wasn't delighted to be doing what we were doing. I only went to satisfy the rest of you." The wife says, "I just went along to keep you happy. I would have had to be crazy to want to go out in the heat like that." The father-in-law then says that he only suggested it because he thought the others might be bored.
The group sits back, perplexed that they together decided to take a trip which none of them wanted. They each would have preferred to sit comfortably, but did not admit to it when they still had time to enjoy the afternoon.
This statement, as far as i've been able to dive, is the difference between 'liberals' AND 'conservatives.'
Everyone agrees that we need rules and laws, and everyone agrees that you should follow them. But when someone breaks them, 'conservatives' insist on enforcing the law, paying what it takes to keep justice in the world. And 'liberals' can't make excuses fast enough and try to let criminals free. After all, there are many costs to keeping justice like we all agreed, and it's easy to point fingers at the lawmaker, sheriff, judge, and citizen who demand justice.
This isn't only laws, this is around a household as well.
I recently decided I don’t give a shit what people think on Facebook. Turns out I have all kinds of conservative friends and I rarely get negative comments. I just unfriend anyone who does. It’s like whack a mole.
Even if you simply make known that you are a MAGA Trump supporter, that is one more little step for change.
We know it's hard to even get started with the brainwashed sheep. But even knowing your stance is helpful, when they think of people they know who are MAGA, and what kind of people they are.
Sometimes we feel like there isn't much we can do, but we can do that. Also we can contribute to the helpful nonprofits like Project Veritas, ACLJ, Judicial Watch and many.others. Don't forget America First Action too!!!
I go against the lefty grain all the time on my Fakebook...( I only keep it to red pill, dont bitch) but it's awesome when the people who are shy message you and thank you to keep it up. We are a kind people, that is why these fuckin juvenile delinquents are running amock, until we fuckin punch back it's a big woah then.
I’m blunt. That’s always been my ‘problem’.
60% of people give too much of a fuck
Being blunt is not a problem. Not if you’re just honest with people and say facts, not personal insults or attacks.

You sound like you have discernment, which is one of the best qualities to have.
Only gigabrains realize that going full red-pill garners even more support than going full blue-pill.
Logic will ALWAYS defeat lies. That's why evil-doers need to resort to deception, censorship, theft, and murderer to achieve their goals.
We need to be LOUD, and destroy the curtain of censorship the Commies have built.
Altruism, especially towards foreigners, is the Achilles heel of the western world.

but but what about the Optics

No matter what you do, some people will always hate your guts for no reason. Get over it.
Everyone should read the story “the road to abeline”. It is short and to the point.
What’s it about?

My family has done this way more than once.
Wow, thanks, friend. You can see a million places where that thinking applies.

The book No More Mr Nice Guy covers this pretty well

Very true a culture of conformate.
The point is that our side is being conditioned to behave and their side is being conditioned to act out.
I divorced myself from the realm of public opinion many years ago
I fucking hate people who want everyone to like them.

Yeah, you can’t do that on this site.
Touch the holy cow of this website and you get told that you’re a “leftist shill” here to provide the media with ammunition to smear us.
Nice sentiment though.
