Tony Blinken just taking it while the China diplomat was attacking the US, dripping with disdain for us was a sight to behold. The body language of that guy is conveying that Blinken was dirt under his fingernails. Blinken, as SoS, is 3rd in line of succession to the presidency. The SoS is primus inter pares of cabinet secretaries.
