Aren't 90% of Covid deaths also joined by 1-2 other pre-existing conditions?

Yes. The biggest factors are age, existing lung issues, obesity, etc.

They took advantage of the situation when it hit Italy. The media didn't want to admit that Italy hasn't the second oldest population (after Japan), that the area had polluted air causing lung issues and that the people there had plenty of additional factors that led to their deaths like obesity and other fun things.
