So if they expel her from Congress does that make everyone in her district tax exempt. Technically they would be without representation...even if the treasonists try to replace her. This is the person they've LEGALLY chosen to represent her and they removed that representation.

I'd make the argument that they're still without representation, which would be true. If they remove your elected representative with no actual cause they can't call their chosen replacement a "representative." It's just a seat filler. Too bad Conservatives have no imagination or balls.
