Trump was ready to fulfill another promise and the single most important thing you can do to change this country is to bring back jobs. Jobs create communities and produces a stable middle class society that we all strive to have. You can give away money until the money runs out and it won't make a difference. Give a person a job that pays well and community changes overnight.

Back then, factories brought people together because they had to work together. You earn respect through your work ethic. Guys that work, work well together. Nobody cares about the color of their skin when you are sweating and trying to get home for dinner. When you get along with someone at work you start to do other things together. Join a bowling or softball team, you meet their families, and you become more friendly with one another. You can disagree with one another but the disagreements are not personal and its all because you had the opportunity to meet and get to know someone through work.
