Everything after "I see your color" sounds like cultivating a close personal friendship. Is that the goal?? Going well above and beyond common courtesy?

This just feels like micro-managing. How about I treat strangers the way I'd like to be treated, with respect and a generous benefit of doubt. Anything else is a case by case basis. This is kindergarten level shit
