My question is: Who cares who the first was to fall up or down stairs. That was never the question or issue. The issue is: The currently installed Resident Biden is so cognitively impaired that he can't coordinate his body to make it up a flight of stairs!!!😨 Hey, I got an idea...Let's put him in a debate with Putin...It'll be GREAT!
