People only stay about six months in my building.
It's emptying out.

No one is going to be here to shop or live in these buildings (built by green card holders btw).

Condo and apartments buildings going up non-stop everywhere, at a feverish pace, yet hardly any single family homes due to regulations.
Shit is dystopian as fuck, but its really happening. They want mega cities filled with commie block apts and no single family homes (outside of the elites).
Yeah. They just tore down a beautiful 1920s house to build piece of shit office building. They are about to tear down another one just up the street from that.
This is car town so only people on the street are crack heads.
Passed lady under bus stop bench passed out in her own vomit. Three times in two weeks, same lady, same vomit. People just walk by.
And tax the shit out of you to fill it with homeless
Bet they are Chinese owned developments. This happens alot here in Australia. Lots of highrise apartment construction going on in every capital city, usually empty for 12 months or more after completion. The developers and building owners are all Chinese companies. Many here call it the silent invasion.
