Allow me to take the polar opposite position: All law enforcement in America should exclude non-Christians, since our foundational theory of law and justice emerges directly from Christian doctrine.

Yes. Our country’s laws were written based on Judeo-Christian values. The very earliest police departments in NYC, Boston and Chicago were made of mostly Irish and Italian Christians.
