I was repeatedly blown down by the wind once. I was 6 years old, approximately twig thin, and outside while there was a hurricane. I could lean 30 degrees into the wind, and it would just hold me up, all casual like, but it took me several tries to work that out, and get used to the feel of it.
It's not that windy in DC today either! There is some wind...about 10-15 mph, which I am able to walk in without any difficulty, lol.
Skeleton needs some meat on his bones so he doesn't float away. The weight loss is never a good sign at that age.
