I'm a high school dropout who makes more money than my college educated friends and family. What to know my secret?

Hard work.

People who work hard, attend to details and accuracy, are on time to work -- what are they, Nazis?

Same here. Not all students should remain in school for all 12+ years of faux education. I dropped out, tried college and realized it was a waste of time, started my own business, and have increased my income by 50% year over year.

I'm not the person you asked, but I'll tell you what you need to know,

It doesn't matter what business you're in, so long as it's yours.

Amen. Mandatory 12 years of school is a waste of time. All it does is create jobs for teacher's unions.

You've learned all you need to learn by 12 years old to have a good job. The three R's is all you need. If you know that, you can learn the rest on your own.

I have a buddy that's similar. He's the type of guy that back in the day he woulda left school at 12 to work in a factory and would be running it now. It's a rare breed now days, but if i need some work done I call them.
