Could be browser that uploaded is not compatible with iPhone browser.
Change browser.

Or could be media storage. Can use a separate gallery or photo cloud..

Or may just be this site. Try downloading a gif from a browser search. If it works. Then it's this site. They did some updates the other day. Still a bit buggy. I can't zoom in on main page. But it's only this site.
