Is it true she's settling "refugees" in your state? If so, that's one of the worst things a governor can do to their citizens.

She didn't sign on to an option that President Trump provided to states to refuse refugees. She said individual cities should make those decisions. Personally I think anyone who can decide to limit occupation should do so, but it's not quite the same as "heyyy everyone come to south dakota lol."
