This story doesn’t make any sense though. She’s the only governor in the nation that refused to bend down to the WuFlu nonsense.

Also her office says they’re looking into it so we’ll see what happens.

I’ll reserve my judgement until she explicitly refuses to sign. Otherwise this is non-news.

From the article:

“We’re still looking at it, and I probably, in the next two to three days, will come to a decision,” Noem said in a Thursday interview with the Argus Leader. “It’s a complicated bill, even in that there are parts of it that aren’t written so well.”

If the language is vague and exploitable, I would hope that she wouldn't sign it, and instead send it back for revision.

If there's language included that allows for certain unsavory things, I would hope that she wouldn't sign it until those things are removed.

If it says "men will not compete in women's sports but also all elections will be conducted via mail-in ballot" would it be a win if she signed it? Absolutely not.

I'll wait to pass judgment until she doesn't sign it and offers an explanation why.

Yeah. Its the same thing with the stimulus stuff: giving democrats 2 pieces of the pie for every 1 good thing, President Trump didnt sign for awhile, democrats howl and say he hates workers or whoever the current victim is today.
