I work for the feds, if you're black you're pretty much untouchable because you can just claim racism to everything. We got a guy that should have been fired years ago. Wanders off to see his girlfriend every day, doesn't do his work, actively sabotages things and makes them worse. They can't fire him despite a whole mountain range of evidence because he's black.
