I don’t know where else to turn. I am an alcoholic, about 9 months sober. The world is frightening right now and makes me want to drink but all of the meetings I know are extremely liberal.
Also, I will gladly recommend aa to anyone. It really works.
Edit: I am very far away from a relapse and very stable. Just wish I had more conservative aa friends to talk to.
You are right. Thank you. Went skiing 4 days this week and playing Airsoft all weekend. I stay very active.

Celebrate Recovery is faith based. GREAT program! It is pretty much everywhere. Perhaps an AA community can be started here for all who need. The need is legit. (faith based tending to be less liberal and is very warm and open and powerful) I was very involved for many years. Covers the spectrum of Hurts Hang Ups and Habits.
Try an International AA meeting in English on Zoom

Keep trying different groups and different nights. Don’t give up. I am surprised you are seeing liberal groups. But go there for the support and overlook the politics if necessary.
Could try doing Kratom when you need a drink. It's more mild than alcohol but also potentially addictive as well. Better than drinking, though...
