About a year ago I did my best to write something fairly well worded to the foreign affairs office in Poland about legal immigration. I'm Canadian, grew up playing hockey and achieved my ticket in the electrical trade. After carefully crafting that letter asking if there was a path to a "visa" of some sort, I recieved no reply.
Im sure he was talking about a residency permit or something. "Visa" can mean many different things. We dont need tourist visas to go to Europe but there are work visa, student visas, etc.
