Ok so the story about Noem not signing the trans athletes bill that is stickied is FAKE NEWS. She sent it back to the legislature to edit VAGUE LANGUAGE...that’s all. The bill in its current form is POORLY WRITTEN. (media.patriots.win)

She sent it back for changes w/o vetoing it. SD allows modifications to be made to the bill post passage and before signing without rejecting it outright.

More than likely the language in the bill was bad and just asking to be struck down by some random Obama judge in some court.
