No.
Graphene is not nearly as efficient or as durable. There is no flex in Graphene, it can't take the heat silicon can, and it doesn't carry voltage/frequency.
You'd be asking for a rework of every. Single. Board. In order to accommodate the changes and since Graphene is so brittle, you'd see a TON OF failures/RMA's which would costs companies BILLIONS.
