Yeah what the fuck? I had a run-in with CPS when I was little. They pulled me out of class and berated me with weird questions. Nothing came of it but I could see them getting a kid to say he’s in danger when he isn’t for political reasons. Especially in today’s environment.
I didn’t know who they were or anything. All they kept saying was “you’re not in trouble we just want to talk. Answer these questions honestly.”
Then walking home from school my older sister had apparently been questioned too and she told me we weren’t allowed to go home till mom or dad came to pick us up. She had a phone and I did not. Turned out someone gave CPS a fake rape accusation story. Total bullshit.
Yeah, we were raised alright I think. Nobody in my family would ever betray another. Not even for any amount of money. Goes back to those Christian values even though I am not necessarily Christian.
