He doesn't even need to be a member of Congress to become Speaker. He could be appointed Speaker, the House could then impeach Biden/Harris, and Trump would be 3rd in line to take over. He could run again in 2024 because he wouldn't have served a full 2nd term, lol.

I would imagine you'd have to demonstrate legally in court the fraud and we've seen the Court refuse to hear it. I guess the only other option would be a literal counter insurrection where it's taken back by force but there's no legal way to just undo the national presidential election by way of fraud without a Supreme Court ruling.

Giving up has nothing to do with it. We had until January 20th at noon to fix the 2020 election. We were betrayed at every turn. There's no going back to that now. We have to press forward, expose the the fraud that happened, and prevent it from happening again.
