Yes. They are 13.6% of the population. There are no longer any relationships but those that are interracial. It’s perfectly fine for the NBA and NFL to be more than half black, but it is a tragedy for Wall Street to have fewer than 10% Black employees.
Some/Many women choose to be moms, but anything less than a 50/50 split in employment is unacceptable. It’s literally illegal to pay women less than men or minorities less than whites, and has been for 55 years, but we should still agitate for equal pay.
Most commercials suck, but the real question is why you're sitting on your ass exposed to them. Life becomes so much easier and better when you turn off the MSM and so much if not all of the TV.
So I don't have cable, and seldom watch my antenna (Discovery+ is the BOMB, Maine Cabin Masters and Battlebots is pretty much my only TV), has Jake from Statefarm been replaced by a diversity hire?

Yep. I've done many projects ranging from cloud, to machine learning, to simple hardware. Having a masculine white male portrayed is extremely rare.
