If you’re a recruiter I have a question for you - legally I’m not allowed to choose who I hire based on their political views (I’m in Australia). But there’s no way I want a crazy SJW on my team, telling me their pronouns and all that BS. What question could I ask to deduce their politics that wouldn’t get me into trouble with the thought police, any ideas?

You can do the Michael Malice test. Ask "Do you think some people are better than others?" A normal person will say yes. A leftist crazy will give you a speech.

I mean if pronouns are in their LinkedIn bio I don't consider them.

Normally I can figure out pretty easy by making small talk. Also questions about COVID precautions is usually a dead giveaway.

It sounds like this could backfire as the companies doing the hiring could be exposed and targeted as cool as it may sound.
