Where are the fucking rainbow Pegasus unicorns? I was promised rainbow Pegasus unicorns!

*I can't help but notice that the name of that sub is Female Dating Strategy...as in, women seeking advice on snagging a guy from other females (ladies, fyi, don't do that -- women are not experts on men, and they're also your competitors -- this would be like Colgate asking Crest how to make a better toothpaste...go ask some dudes; you'll likely find the answers to be, uh, somewhat different)

That is literally what it is! Totaly utopianism that is divorced from the harsh realities of human nature.

Yeah, and as a woman let me just say: I want my fucking unicorn (or at least a cute pony)! That's the only thing of any value that I might get out of this...and now they're not even suggesting it -- fuck that! No peace until I get my pony!

All that aside: that sub is probably the equivalent of crying in your beer at a bar, wondering "why doesn't he love me?". Hey, we've all been been given the ticket to the Bitterness Ball (men included!); the trick is to know when and how to leave before you get turned into a pumpkin.

Advice from a dude: Men that want to fuck other men are gay, and gay men don't want you, so stop trying to market yourself as a man.

I was always told: men like women who like men, so same thing I guess. The trick is figuring out what everybody's personal definition of "the one for me" is.

Push comes to shove the same thing applies in reverse, but there are a lot of very confused people (both sides) -- mistakes are made, shit happens, tickets to the Bitterness Ball ensue; that's life. Just find somebody who likes you and who you can like back (at least most of the time; it really does come down to putting up with each other) -- that's my advice...leaves a lot of room for individual preferences and taste.
