They could use this heart attack gun on American politicians or blackmail them with weird shit they did in their past if they don't do what their overlords want. For example I think Jeffrey Epstein was a CIA asset whose job it was to get pics/vids of important people in incriminating circumstances with underage girls. It's a pretty scary thought, but it makes more sense to me than we live in the world's greatest democracy horse shit.
