I’m struck by comparing Joe’s coherency just 6-8 months ago (which I’m certain was already aided with meds by then) to his coherency these days.

Last July he was already losing trains of thought but could still fake a little feistiness. Either the constantly rising doses of meds or the rapid degradation of his mind (or both) have made him barely more than a husk.
