Shouldn’t even need a license to carry or a stamp for a suppressor, SBR or a machine gun all gun laws are an infringement.

WRONG.

You don't need a concealed carry license.

Marriage is not a right. Never was.

No one has a right to drive a car on public roads either.

We need to learn the difference betweens rights, freedoms and privileges.

The state takes over these institutions and then allowing us to use them is portrayed as a right.

Sure it is. If a person feels like getting married, or driving on a road that their tax dollars pay for, they shouldn’t need the permission of the government. They say that my business license is a privilege, and I have to pay every year to renew it, along with my professional license. Then, as if they haven’t invaded my wallet enough, I have the privilege of paying for permits on every single job that I do. Privilege is coming to this country illegally, and setting up shop while not following any of the “rules” that Americans have been trick fucked into following. Earning a living should be considered a right for legal Americans. The only purpose that is served by collecting these privilege taxes is in the furtherance of the machine doing the collecting.

Marriage used to be a right for wealthy land owners of nobility. Then a right of the whites only. Then a right of people of the same race.

Not all traditions are good ones.

You don't need a license for something that's a right.

All gun laws are in violation of the constitution.

License = infringement.

Nowhere in 2A does it say anything about "if ye be properly licensed".

You shouldn't need a license to exercise constitutional rights.

brotatofarmer 3 points ago +3 / -0

If carrying a gun is a right then a license isn't needed.

It is a God given right which is recognized in the constitution. Even repealing the amendment will not take that right away.

Man, If Trump had appointed that guy head of the FBI, NONE of the current happenings would be happening.

Rights. Don't. Need. Permits.

If they don't like that, they need to amend it so it's not a right. They can't.

Everyone should be forced to own a gun + training. If you don't you pay a tax.

My Missouri concealed carry license which isn't required to conceal carry should be honored in all 50 states.

It is. It's in the Constitution.
