Sure it is. If a person feels like getting married, or driving on a road that their tax dollars pay for, they shouldn’t need the permission of the government.
They say that my business license is a privilege, and I have to pay every year to renew it, along with my professional license. Then, as if they haven’t invaded my wallet enough, I have the privilege of paying for permits on every single job that I do. Privilege is coming to this country illegally, and setting up shop while not following any of the “rules” that Americans have been trick fucked into following. Earning a living should be considered a right for legal Americans. The only purpose that is served by collecting these privilege taxes is in the furtherance of the machine doing the collecting.

We need to learn the difference betweens rights, freedoms and privileges.

Marriage used to be a right for wealthy land owners of nobility. Then a right of the whites only. Then a right of people of the same race.
Not all traditions are good ones.
