Why did Xiden turn and salute when he got to the top of the stairs? Who the hell was he saluting? Never seen a President do that.

Yes. I noticed that yesterday as well. I thought Trump used to salute the military at the bottom of the stairs and he would then sometimes turn and wave to people when he got to the top of the stairs. Were those even real military at the bottom of the stairs?
