Let's say Biden declares martial law under the insurrection act (line maybe Trump should have done), and orders military personnel to begin confiscating guns, starting at the addresses that have filled out background check forms in the past twenty years.
You receive the order and, true to your word, refuse to comply.
Are you immediately arrested by your fellow MPs? Are you compatriots based enough to stand with you in refusing the order? Are you ready to actually stand against US military enforcing that unconstitutional order?
Do we see firefights breaking out between units? Does 80%+ of the military refuse the order?

Nothing so dramatic haha... I'd probably just make up some bullshit reason not to do it. Safety, contrary to beliefs, believe its unconstitutional .
I'd say i don't believe its a lawful order and ask to be reassigned
