People who say that think twerking, WAP and saying nigga nigga smoke weed get da paper are the pinnacle of culture. Sub 90 IQ people don't get to decide what is culture. The reality is that almost everything of value created in the past 500 years was made by white people. But pop culture promotes the idea that acting like a stupid jogger is "cool." Real culture doesn't appeal to the lowest common denominator.
