Considering as how there's a ton of people who moved to PA from NYC and think that even our most overpriced apts/houses are dirt cheap, landlords won't have any problem filling the vacated apartments. More people will join the homeless.
For real, though - if a landlord wants you out, they will just not renew the lease or find some lease violation. It's hard for the mom and pop landlords, but the corporate landlords wouldn't let an eviction moratorium stop them.
