People forget that the state legislatures were NOT in session when the election happened, and did not resume until January/February. Now that they are back, voters in swing states need to pressure their reps to investigate
I don't think you understand, the State Legislature's have sole responsibility when it comes to the federal elections. In session, not in session, doesn't matter, they can decertify while having a pool party!
