This shit scares me. Not the 'discovery' itself, but what will happen as a result. This is spitting in God's eyes to see if He'll respond. Testing God never, ever works out well.

Why do you think all the action of taking women out of the equation. ANYONE can have a baby! It doesn’t require a real woman!!

There used to be debate about the ethics of gene editing, cloning, etc. Scientists just fuck around now without considering the implications and uninetreded consequences. I'm childless but think that surrogacy is also illadviswed. Women aren't just incubators for couples, gay or straight, who can't reproduce naturally.

You guys are looking at this from the wrong angle. Feminists have used the excuse that they could get along without men because they could easily create more women with X chromosomes. The Israelis just threw down the gauntlet, and said “fuck all you blue-haired land whales, men can do it too.”

That being said I’m definitely not a fan of this kinda shit. If you want to fuck around with genetics the old-fashioned way by selective breeding and stuff, that’s still kinda iffy but at least it can still be ethical. This stuff isn’t ethical.
