For a temporary portable metal fence?.. why the hell do you need an architect for that unless you want something permanent and custom built that can withstand major stress and time. The shit they put up is pretty much a basic fucking fence.. and the last renovation was finished what, 5 years ago? ..and why do they need a architect to take down a temporary fence?.. Probably thinking they want a permanent concrete one. Either that or they want a dungeon put underneath. Or Hunter could be adding stripper poles to the White House.
