Sounds like China. Ever see any of the videos of people getting killed in intersections and people just walking past or stepping over their body? Their brains have been so fried from decades of communism.
Gosh I haven’t seen those clips but kinda sounds similar to the black guy beating a white guy in NYC(I think) with a baseball bat. People just keep walking as if it’s normal. It’s getting scary. Gonna be moving out of the big city I’m in soon for something more rural. Cities will disintegrate quickly when shit really goes down. Stay safe fren
