id just break in and move in. As if the squatter has any legal right or contract to be there. Theres no renters agreement... he would immediatly be a trespasser lol.

Do you not get the keys when you close on the house? What the hell is wrong with California? They’re the legal owners of everything on that property...rip the door down and kick his ass out.

You're supposed to turn over all keys, but the guy probably kept a key and/or changed the locks after submitting the old keys for the finalized sale. The couple was stupid for trying to buy in that state to begin with instead of going somewhere else.

If commiefornia wasn't a state run by people intentionally trying to bring down everything around them this would have been dealt with a few days after he tried to stay inside.

But that isn't eviction, it's change of ownership. Two very different things.

LoL this is so California. Who in their right mind would buy a house during an eviction moratorium. I wonder how much the estate agent knew.

I would just head over there with my friend and beat the dude senseless. Then call 911 and say "this dude broke into my house claiming it was his!"

There are no dream homes in Riverside California, only nightmare homes
