I doubt very much that he (Biden) is even in charge of his own bowel movements. He was all that the Democrats had left to run with after they eliminated everyone else as total losers. Even Biden's so called pick for VP (he was told who), Harris only had 2 % support after the smoke cleared. Then they "won" by massive cheating.
