If you don't want to take the jab, something to consider:

"Employee Vaccine Exemptions. Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 states that employers are prohibited from discriminating against employees on the basis of race, color, religion, sex and national origin and must provide reasonable accommodations for employees with deeply held religious beliefs. Title VII continues to apply during public health emergencies including the current COVD-19 crisis."
Religious beliefs are further explained - perhaps that fits your situation? Source

For the most part companies are concerned with their liability. If they don't enforce the COVID-19 "safety protocol" someone could sue them.

If they insist you get the "vaccine", could you turn that around on them?
Since:

  1. it is an experiment and not all side effects are know;
  2. the manufacturing companies are exempted from any legal liability;
  3. your employer is requiring you to take it in order to keep your job

Will they agree to be held liable if you have bad side effects?
