It's like recounting counterfeit money in your cash drawer. You'll keep getting the false count of money.
Agreed. Forensically audit the signatures (if even possible from ballot) and the paper ballots for authenticity. I'd say audit the corresponding voters for citizenship, voter registration, and residency, but since envelopes with that corresponding information were separated from ballots in many counties, that fraudulent ship has likely already sailed with relation to the ballot. The mass mail out ballot system rigging, in conjunction with ballot drop boxes and separation of envelopes from ballots had the fraud built in, making much of the ability to properly audit the election and detect fraud difficult.
The question is when they find all the fraudulent ballots will they change the state back to Trump?
Yes. And once 1 state flips, the whole house of cards comes crashing down.
Please explain the legal process that will allow Trump to be placed back into the presidency. Spoiler, there isn't one. If Biden / Haggis get removed somehow guess who becomes president...Pelosi.
There is no legal framework anywhere that gets Trump back in power. That should have been handled before January 20th or the 6th
Fraud invalidates certifications. Maybe SCOTUS would need to rule to have a resending of state certifications and Congress recounting.
There is no legal precident. The country would be forced to ammend the constituion to state that overturned elections result in the proper person being sworn in and voiding all illiigimate orders.
Otherwise it would be mass anarchy. Military chain of command brakes down. Millions wouldnt pay taxes - literally taxation without representation. Entire states would ignore the federal gov. Obviously the nation couldnt just say 'oh well' and move on.

Here is the full article: Arizona State Senate Orders Hand Recount of 2.1 Million Ballots from 2020 Presidential Election Arizona legislators have ordered a recount of 2.1 million ballots for the 2020 presidential election, this time to be done by hand.
The Arizona Senate, which is controlled by Republicans, released a statement confirming their intent to do another audit of the ballots from Maricopa County, the state’s most populous county.
The Arizona State Senate statement released on Thursday says that they will conduct a “broad and detailed” audit, adding that they will test voting machines, scan ballots, look for IT breaches, and perform a hand count.
“As thousands of our voters continue to call for a thorough audit of the 2020 election in Maricopa County, I am pleased to report we have narrowed it down to a preferred forensic audit team,” reads a March 18 statement from state Sen. Karen Fann (R-Ariz.).
“We are negotiating final details on the execution of the audit and hope to have an announcement soon.”
“Our goal is to make this a bipartisan effort with full transparency and in joint cooperation with Maricopa County officials. We’ve been reaching out to experts on election processes in Arizona and around the nation and hope to have the best and brightest involved in the audit,” Fann wrote.
“When all the work is done, there will be a full report for the Senate and County to review. Our voters expect this audit, and it can be a big step in returning trust and confidence in our election process,” it concludes.
Last month, Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Timothy Thomason ruled that subpoenas issued by Arizona’s state Senate are valid and should be enforced, and he disputed arguments from Maricopa County officials saying the subpoenas are unlawful.
The county previously stated that multiple audits have been sufficient and said ballots should be sealed.
“The Court finds that the subpoenas are legal and enforceable,” Thomason wrote (pdf) in his ruling. “There is no question that the Senators have the power to issue legislative subpoenas. The subpoenas comply with the statutory requirements for legislative subpoenas. The Senate also has broad constitutional power to oversee elections.”
He argued that the “Arizona legislature clearly has the power to investigate and examine election reform matters,” adding that senators can “subpoena material as part of an inquiry into election reform measures.”
The move was hailed by Republican legislators in Arizona.
Fann told news outlets after the judge’s ruling that their move was “never about overturning the election, it was about the integrity of the Arizona election system.”

This is a red alert for me because it's saying "ok yeah fuck 2020 election, what we're doing is symbolic to placate voters"

WTF us the point of recounting ballots that were never verified? They can’t tie ballots to mail to their envelopes with the signatures on them. Yes we know by common sense that a non-folded mail in ballot with only Biden’s name checked is fraudulent, but there is nothing in the law that states that. The GOP cucks needed to refuse certification. They didn’t, now we have a stolen election and an illegitimate President.
Insanity is doing the same thing over, repeatedly and getting the same results. They destroyed the fake ballots, they destroyed the envelopes they supposedly arrived in, making it impossible to see if the signature is verified, and they have removed the dominion data cards, that would have showed the count calibration , which is where the first fraud was instrumented. They need forensic's to test paper, markings, and test machines for deliberate tampering .
I'm still confused as to what they are going to look at. Aren't all adjudicated ballots destroyed and replaced?
Its only going to matter it there's oversight of those counting. I mean, come on man, we've seen people counting with tallies that don't add up!

Recounts still count illegitimate votes.
