Who's going to come here telling me I don't? Shapiro? I'd love to see him try to force his will on mine.
He's not a fucking lawyer. He's never spent a MOMENT in the court room and has never tried a case. He got that degree because he had aspirations on becoming a politician, but realized no one liked him so now he just whines on YouTube and hopes that his monetization isn't taken away.
Shapiro aside, there’s a huge difference between mumps, measles and other very deadly diseases which we’ve been able to basically eradicate with calculated and well tested vaccines Vs. this bad cold with a 99.7% survival rate and the gene therapy they are pushing upon us.
Using the word “right” is the wrong angle here and should be noted that “by force” is probably more correct when talking about society protecting itself from a Typhoid Mary situation.
If there’s a quality, well tested, proven way to limit the spread of highly deadly viruses that threaten the fabric of society there would be no need to make it mandatory as nearly every person would want that protection.
The real question is should a government be able to force any drug on the populace ever. Especially when it hasn’t been tested and the survival rate is so high. What then would be the cutoff rate? What would be an acceptable level of death before the government makes my decisions for me? If you can’t define exactly what denotes absolute need to vaccinate a populace then there should never be any government intervention.
When we talk about slippery slopes, we are garnering the foresight to see there would be no personal rights in the future because the requirements to mandate any infringement would be easily met by precedent and mob rule justification. To use his downstream analogy: if the government can justify infringing upon my rights and civil liberties upstream they simply won’t exist downstream either.
From what I’ve gathered, measles is extremely virulent with 1 person capable of infecting up to 18 people and a full 90% of those around an infected person becoming infected.
Mumps isn’t nearly as virulent, but the resulting encephalitis, meningitis, pancreatitis and fertility problems are quite troubling.
As for the vaccines causing more trouble, I’m not so sure. Worldwide, before the vaccine for measles, there were around 2.5 million deaths. After 85% of the children had been vaccinated, that number plummeted to just over 100 thousand.
As for the vaccine killing children in america, there’s been some 100 or so cases reported over a ten year period in this century. While the number of measles deaths was barely 20 people, you have to take into account the fact that 95% of kids are vaccinated.
Also, the vaccines for those diseases are actual attenuated forms of the virus itself. They are far more likely to provide long term immunity. The only reason we are seeing the mRNA therapy is because they are cheaper and quicker to make as growing actual viruses in the lab is foregone for synthetic sequencing.
Rubin's fine, because he doesn't advertise himself as the face of conservatism or hide from what he is: a liberal. Rubin is just a liberal that actually saw what was happening on "his side" and coming from the left, and, like any rational person, reacted with a simple "what the fuck?" It's even put him on a mission against big tech where he's actually at least trying to do something about big tech censorship and cancel culture. He's gained appeal with the right, simply for pointing out the absurdities on the left, so that alone has led many to this conclusion about him, but it's an unfair application, as, again, he is not artificial or trying to come across as some kind of traditionally ideological conservative. Same with Tim Pool. These are admitted liberals. They've just maintained some logic and capacity for critical thinking, which means they'll often denounce certain things/ideas that make them appeal, and appear to some, as conservative/right wing. In any case, I'll take what I can get from people like them, whereas Shapiro is far more deserving of criticism for espousing his beliefs as if they are the true and only tenets of conservatism
That is not how rights work. Rights are something you are innately born with that can only be taken away and not granted, so if you want to know your rights, ask if you were out in the middle of the wild by yourself, would you be able to do it?
Privledges on the other hand are things that are given to you and can be taken away from you. You do not naturally have these things, when by yourself. It is a Privledge to be able to vote, one fought by your ancestors and paid in blood. All privledges have a price associated with them, one that is typically paid from others. Be grateful for your privledges.
And finally there're duties. Duties are things you must do to make sure that you maintain your rights and/or privledges. To maintain your right to your 2nd amendment, you must stop people from taking your gun. That is your duty. To make sure everyone has a right to live, you must not murder. (though, if someone impedes on your rights, they in turn forfeit their own)
In terms of the vaccine, you have a Privledge to be able to take it, paid by the tax payers. In fact, it can be said that it is your right to not get the vaccine, as you have the right to yourself and to your body. (With the notable exception of abortion as the baby has a right to live and it is your duty that if you get pregnant to have the child). In the natural world, you get to decide if you eat poisonous berries or not.
No vaccine should be mandatory. All vaccines have risk. $4 billion has been paid out to families and individual for vaccine injuries and deaths. They don't pay out easily, either. I have a good friend who's sone died from a vaccine injury she was in vaccine court for 12 years. She won. He lived every day of his life with seizures until the day he died.
the word "experimental" says shut the fuck up Shapiro
He's turning into a cunt
He's always been a cunt, especially with his never Trumper stance among hundreds of things. Fuck benji.
He's always been a cunt.
If you're just now noticing, you haven't been paying much attention.
I have never liked his smug ass. He is a cuck.
No, I’m definitely NOT just noticing.
Shapiro is DEEP STATE all the way. Just look.. Harvard Background. Now YouTube is promoting his videos.
I heard Alex Jones was slapping ben in the forehead with his foreskin
Should warn Candace Owens. She's aligned herself with Daily Caller
Shouldn’t Jews be against all forced experimentation? Is he a pharma shill?
Idno if you heard, but his wife's a doctor
Emergency Use Authorization means it is not a vaccine and cannot be mandatory.
I do have a right to not be vaccinated.
Who's going to come here telling me I don't? Shapiro? I'd love to see him try to force his will on mine.

Call it a shot not a vaccine

If the govt can force citizens to take medicine or vaccines, they can force abortions, euthanasia, and infanticide.
Yes. We hold these truths to be self evident. Our rights don’t come from the government as they are inalienable.

Shapiro will be the last "conservative" on online media. Hes a shill. Anyone who thought otherwise is an idiot.
In addition, Dave Rubin too. Both shills. Stop giving them attention.

My body, my right. Kiss my ass, Shapiro.
Jou gotta be kidding me.
He can have mine, and my family's shots. He's the type of dude that jumps up on a chair screaming when he sees a roach on the floor. Beta bitch.

Ben Shapiro has went around the curve!
This guy can literally go eat a bag of dicks. Preferably the ones from M2F trannies.
Second astronaut: ... always has been
In America “conservatives” are just liberals with the breaks on ...
Stopped listening when Gloria Allred owned him on abortion.
What a Jew bitch sellout.
Remember when Hitler said all Jews must take showers.
How did that work out?
You do not have a right to NOT GET A SHOWER!
Yeah, no.
