The sex offender registry is apparently just as bad as prison if not worse, so it’s not really a sweetheart deal. Sex offender probation is crazy strict from what I’ve read.
Just keep that in mind when you think about the deal.
We should abolish the registry because it harms those who are wanting to get out and get a job like the rest of us. Put SOs in prison for appropriate lengths of time but the registry is basically more lifetime punishment.

Yeah its crazy. Fort Worth Texas funded multiple halfway houses for this degenerate scum within a few blocks of grade schools 15 years ago.
